Inspection

Here at Landlord Nation we conduct several types of inspections. The home inspection being our primary inspection, we are also qualified to conduct many others. Listed below are a few more:

Home Inspection: Is a limited non-invasive examination of the condition of a home. Our home inspector is certified through INTERNACHI and has over 23 years of construction experience.

Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment: This inspection is required for rental properties in some communities. We have an EPA/State licensed inspector on staff.

Asbestos Inspection: Used to determine if asbestos is present in a substance within a property. Our inspector is asbestos certified.

Electrical Inspection: Performed by a master electrician, used to determine if your property is in compliance with local  ordinances as well as the National Electrical Code.

HVAC Inspection: Used to determine if your heating and cooling system is functioning properly in accordance with local ordinances.

Mold Inspection: Used to determine the presence mold also sometimes referred to as mildew, is a fungal growth that develops on wet surfaces.

Water Sampling/Inspection: We use Accurate Analytical Testing for our water sampling needs.
